Who We Are

Linda Shi, M.Ed., BCBA, RASP-A Founder & Clinical Director
I am a trilingual BCBA fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese,
and English, with over 10 years of experience in
behavior therapy. I have worked with children and youth from 24 months to adulthood across various settings, including homes, daycare centers, preschools, and
public schools. In addition to being a Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) in British Columbia,
I also work collaboratively as a Clinical Advisor with
Auria Robotics Inc.
I hold a Master’s in Special Education
(with an ABA focus), a Bachelor’s in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies, and a Diploma in Classroom and Community Support, with additional training in the Early Start Denver Model and American Sign Language. I am proficient in using AAC tools, including Touch Chat, Proloquo2Go and Snap Core, for communication purposes.
My approach is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming practices, ABA, ESDM, NET, family collaboration, and individualized support, with a passion for empowering children and families.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through activities such as volleyball, hiking, swimming, and community recreation.
